I have been extremely blessed in raising eight children and have an incredible passion for the birthing process! I was introduced to the doula profession just before my first grand-baby was born.  My daughter benefited greatly from her doula’s support and comfort techniques and subsequently went on to labor very well prepared for her beautiful, natural birth. It opened my eyes to the empowerment women feel when they are informed, supported, and confident during labor.

I thoroughly enjoy connecting with couples and sharing information that allows them to create birth preferences that are right for them. Discovering the abundance of tools available to assist the laboring mom in remaining relaxed and peaceful gives couples the courage and strength for a confident, empowering experience.
